This is one of the best Dental Clinic I ever experienced. I have visited 6 Clinics before, i used to clean my tooth but the plaque return within 2 months. But from here Dr. Ashraf Elzeftawy suggested to polish my teeth instead of cleaning as the stains are due to rough surface. It’s been 5 months and yes there are stains, but it is reduced 75% than before. Today I visited again, will update the results. I’m so pleased with the professional care and dedication them.

Being relatively new to Abu Dhabi, it was quite a mission to find a good dentist. Choosing Harley Street dental after reading Dr. Ashraf Elzefrawy’s bio was the correct decision. I had couple of ceramic inlays changed and a crown fitted, as well as some restorations and cleaning. Doctor is very attentive to detail and extremely professional in answering teeth related questions, looking for the best solution and actually working on the problems. Joan, the nurse with the doctor is very quick, attentive and I would say very caring towards the patients needs.

Dr. Ashraf as well treated my 6 year old child’s teeth. My child was looking forward to our next appointment. Having previously consulted another pediatric dentist, I was in two minds whether the manipulations offered were necessary and we went to Dr. Ashraf for a second opinion, which was RIGHT! He confirmed my mother’s doubts and we ended up only with necessary fillings.

A separate word goes to Mae and Layal from the reception. From my first call, the ladies answered my questions about doctors, prices, timing and COVID-19 precautionary measures in the clinic. I received a location map and one day before each appointment I got a reminder call. The claim forms for the insurance were filled in a timely manner and best times suitable for my appointments selected. I had FLAWLESS experience with the reception.
